I had a frustrating experience at Burger Burger recently. My family and I went there for drinks and appetizers, ordering two drinks and two appetizers. However, one of the appetizers never arrived. When the waitress inquired about my drink, I mentioned that it didn’t taste right. We didn’t ask to have it removed from the bill or for a replacement; we were simply being honest.
