The fried pickles were tasty and the fries are great. The mushroom veggie burger was tasty, but did not hold together well. I ate it with knife and fork. Hubby's vanilla malt looked promising since it was served with a humongous straw. Unfortunately that straw was unnecessary since the malt was not thick at all. Service was friendly and prompt.

We have passed by this restaurant so many times while in Fredericksburg- and what a mistake that has been. We finally tried it and now it’s one of our favs! The burger was AMAZING- as was the Caesar Salad…with great, quick, friendly service to top it off.

Party fo 2 on a weekday at noon. About 1/4 full outside and inside. Nice atmopshere outside with fans/mist going. Can't speak for inside atmosphere. From time of order to food was under 10mins. Food was considered very good (a bit overpriced, but it is on the main street and it is F'burg). Burgers were rated as excellent, fries were good, onion rings good (but overspiced on the batter). Our server was friendly and attentive. Here is why I can't give the BurgerBurger a higher rating. I asked for a taste of the b-bq sauce they use on the burger ahead of tiem (so I could decide if I wanted that sauce on the burger or something else). I was given some sauce, but when the bill came out (you don't get to see an itemized bill until after you pay...at least that is what happened in my case) I found out I was being charged for the 'extra' sauce that is listed on the menu. I was never told I would be charged for simply 'tasting' the sauce ahead of time. My server indicated the manager told them I had to be charged as if I was ordering an extra sauce, even though this was never conveyed to me ahead of time (I never ordered the extra sauce listed on the menu). I have never had any other establishment charge to do this. So, what could have been a 4 or 5-star is now a 3-star due to this questionable billing practice. I highly recommend everyone who visits this establishment insist on seeing the itemized bill before you pay...I was not given the option.

First time here. We were greeted and seated promptly. We didn't catch her name, but the young lady who took our order was awesome. She was super friendly and efficient.
I ordered a bacon burger and my wife ordered a smash burger. We both thoroughly enjoyed our burger and fries. So delicious.
If we are ever back in Fredericksburg this will most definitely be our stop.

The bacon cheeseburger with the BBQ sauce was good but small and definitely not worth $18.00. The food was good but way over priced. The waitress wasn't as tentative but eventually came around .

My time at burger burger with my family an amazing experience. Our server Hannah was super nice and was very helpful with the menu and very kind. she made the experience very pleasant. I have a gluten intolerance and they had amazing gluten free options for people like me. I highly recommend burger burger.

Was dining alone for dinner on. Friday evening. Seated in a separate big empty dining room with one other couple and about 5 tables in it (spread out). Not sure why since main dining room was not full. Server was nice. Burger was not good - had one big tough mushroom cap on it that I had to remove and try to slice so I could bite it). Once I paid my bill, server bussed my table except for my water glass which I was still drinking out of while I was getting ready to leave. She came back and took it right from in front of me. I suppose she is taught to bus tables as soon as the customer has paid - and not once they have left. (Especially a drink!) So I left. Would not recommend.
