The hummus was absolutely to die for and the lamb kebabs, although small, were incredibly fresh and flavorful and perfectly paired with one of their many sauces that are offered.

Truly a culinary delight! Everything we had was delicious. The Branzino was done to perfection, flavorful kebabs, crispy falafel, hummus and tabbouleh were all so tasty. The fresh pita and homemade sauces were as well. The menu is crafted from authentic family recipes from Morocco and Israel. We loved the ambiance, the decor is minimal with middle Eastern touches that give it a feel of understated chic that is very warm and inviting. Multiple staff tended to our service and the chef/owner visited every table to inquire about their dining experience and the feedback from every table around us was also positive and complimentary. We loved our meal and experience at Cafe Dimona.

Cafe Dimona is a Mediterranean oasis in Texas hill country! Their dishes are light while being hearty.
We started our experience with the house Pita and its accompanying sauces- each with their distinct flavor profile. We moved on to our mains which were the Hummus the Works and the Schnitzel.
We would recommend it all.
Everyone has different flavor preferences, but what Cade Dimona offers is carefully made food with heart.

Really nice place but the food left a little to be desired. Not really any flavor. The falafel was extremely dense. The tabbouleh was a bulger salad with minimal tomatoes and way too much cucumber! Really disappointed in the food unfortunately.

Stopped in on a whim while visiting, and have to say this place is 10/10. The pita & sauce plate is so good — it’s a super nice complimentary add on. My sister & I split the fries (the lemons sauce was my fave!)
I got the hummus the works and would get that again and again. Lastly, please get the brown butter cookie warmed up, you won’t regret it!

Don’t miss out on this amazing find! The food and services were some of the best I’ve had. Would highly recommend for a date or if you were in the mood for Mediterranean food. The signage looks like a spa and it’s a hard turn into their parking lot but don’t let us fool you. It’s an excellent place to eat.

This cute little restaurant off of Main Street is a great find! They started us out with an appetizer plate of pita and a spread of their sauces. We ordered a bottled of unfiltered wine, which is hard to find and our favorite. The main courses were exquisite and an amazing change from Mexican and German food which are much more common for the area. I can’t recommend this restaurant enough and we will be returning in the future.
