Great staff and menu. Always friendly and helpful.
We spent our wedding weekend in Fredericksburg and one of the places at the top of our lists to try was Chase’s and it was phenomenal. Sam took care of us like we were family and we can’t say enough good things about our experience!
P.S. the steamed shrimp and mussels with the edamame/bacon white wine butter sauce NEEDS to be on the menu FULL TIME!

Chase's Place Cocktails + Kitchen is a great place in Fredericksburg with amazing food and drinks. The atmosphere is perfect, chill, and welcoming. Everything was solid and amazing, from the salmon with its tasty sauce to the fish & chips, chimichurri tacos, and fries with Parmesan & truffle. The old fashioned, specifically the 'Deer Season', is noted as the best ever. Drinks are great and on point. The service is fantastic with a friendly and knowledgeable staff offering delicious recommendations. The experience is described as fine dining at its finest with incredible hospitality. It is a gem that provides a great time, though it is sadly closing soon to be replaced by another establishment.
