Chase's Place Cocktails + Kitchen

The 'Deer Season' is, with no exaggeration, by far the best old fashioned I've ever had in my life. Like, easily. Old Fashioneds are my favorite cocktail, so I usually get them, when they're an option. This one was perfectly named too. I went in the summertime on a birthday getaway with my wife, and one sip gave me a nostalgic feeling as if it were a crisp cool fall morning. This drink was perfection

Love this place so much! I will miss it and NOT enjoy the new establishment that is taking its place. Ridiculous to get rid of such a great place for ANOTHER wine tasting room. So stupid!

Everything was amazing! Food, the bartenders, drinks were on pint, The atmosphere! Perfect! Came here for our anniversary. Enjoyed everything. So sad to hear that they’re closing in a few weeks. Come while you still can and experience the hospitality. Thank you for everything!

Went to Chase's Place for my birthday dinner with friends....from the time we walked in until shutting it down at 11 we had a great time. Our server was amazing, knew the menu well and offered suggestions. Drinks were GREAT!! We had the best time and will be back!

Atmosphere is chill and relaxing. Not loud hustle bustle of a typical restaurant. Drinks and food were phenomenal. Service was perfection.

The place is advertised as fine dining, I just expected to be a little different than what it was. The website gives a totally different vibe. Service was great though!

Found this gem on a whim and was pleasantly surprised. I think this is one of the best places I’ve been to in Fredericksburg. There was great service & Chase was super friendly. Jenna, our waitress, made delicious recommendations. We tried the salmon, fish & chips, the chimichurri tacos, and fries with Parmesan & truffle. Everything was solid, which seems to be rare nowadays. Vibes were chill & welcoming. Looking forward to coming back next time

Me and a friend of mine ate at Chase's place last night. I had the salmon with a unbelievably tasty sauce, fresh spinach, and puree garlic potatoes. Our food was amazing. There is only one salmon dish I have ever had that even equated to this. Fine dining at its finest. To top it all off we had one of the best weight staff I have ever experienced. You are really missing out If you don't give Chase's a try.

par. Ordered the salmon and it was dry and overcooked to the point there is a chance it was cooked the day before. Had a glass of wine and it was also disappointing, very close to turning to vinegar. I wouldnt recommend this restaurant.

Ian and Doug behind the bar were terrific. Had a great time listening to their recs and watching them make drinks. We will most definitely be back soon! Food was delish!

Best fish & chips I’ve ever had, and I’m from Maine. Surely the fish they get is frozen because they’re out there in central Texas, but it is great quality and not fishy whatsoever! Whoever cooked the chips was watching the fryer carefully because they were the perfect amount of crispy, but still had that soft potato inside! Tartar sauce was good and the service was kind and warm!

I came on Saturday around 9:30pm, props to the chef!

Walked in for dinner, was seated, then sat for 20 minutes without any of the staff coming back. They stood near our table talking but totally ignored us. And I should mention there was only 1 other couple in the entire restaurant! We got up and left and went to the Hitchin' Post for a great experience.
