This is the best ice cream I have ever had! The only reason it's not 5 stars is because I felt my sundae was more whip cream than ice cream and the fudge made the ice cream melt super fast. My boyfriend got the banana split and it looked a lot better for a slightly higher price. If I go back, I would get that.

Awesome ice cream in downtown Fredericksburg! They had quite a lot of interesting flavors, including one especially for the solar eclipse (plus they had Clear River eclipse glasses that they were giving away for free!).

Great ice cream, friendly service. They move you through quickly. Make sure you know what you want so you can keep the line moving. Their sandwiches looked great as well.

Eclipse specials: Total Darkness ice cream (lots of cookie chunks, yum!) and Eclipse cookie. The lemon cookie special was top notch. Lots of bakery and ice cream flavors to choose from. Helpful customer service. Cute ice cream parlor vibe. Will be going back before we leave.

This is the place for ice cream. The Caramel Turtle Fudge and Pecan Pie were so good. Friendly service and worth the money.

They have good ice cream, it's all home-made. I always come back for the cotton candy, but they have so many flavors it's almost overwhelming. They also have a wide selection of bakery and deli items.I don't love their lack of sustainability practices, like using Styrofoam and plastic so much. I also came here with a friend and she said one of the counter staff was mocking the way she asked for her ice cream to a co-worker. Which I find unprofessional and upsetting since I like this place so much and this was her first impression of it. She still enjoyed the ice cream atLeast.Depending on when you go it gets pretty crowded, like in breaks or weekends (Fredericksburg in general of course). If it is busy, there may be a long line for the bathroom so watch out.Vegetarian options: Most ice cream is vegetarian, but their deli sandwiches aren't of course.Parking: Fredericksburg in general can be hard to find parking, but there's a free parking lot around the corner which is not too far of a walk.Kid-friendliness: Very kid-friendlyWheelchair accessibility: Would probably be hard to maneuver a wheelchair inside, unless it was empty or not very crowded.
Great optionss for fun eating. Just a bit pricey, but so goes tourism at a famous city. Ice cream was right on. Lots of families there. The restaurant stayed open late to accommodate the crowds and probably to make plenty of money.
Tourist pricing here. Just so you know. Good ice cream and pie. Not much seating.

This place has a lot of ice creams to choose from, as well as salads and sandwiches. We had ice cream and it was delicious. It was overpriced because it's in a tourist town. The ice cream scoops were kind of small since they sell it by the ounce instead of the scoop. The variety is the best selling point. The store has a retro diner look and was clean.Parking: There are only a few spots in front of the store. You'll probably have to park down the street and walk.
