This vineyard has charged me for wine when I had already picked up and paid. Their phone is no longer in service. They took out over $200 out my bank and there’s no one I can talk unless I drive two to go up there. This really disappointing. If anyone knows how to get a hold of the owner I would greatly appreciate it.
Very cold atmosphere…not like it used to be when we used to come 2 years ago
We live this place. Visit multiple times every time we are in fredericksburg. The owner and staff are super friendly. We enjoy spending time at the bar chatting with them. The wines are delicious and a wide selection

1st time here we were greeded sat at the bar right away the staff attend us asked what we felt like drinking.
Got our glasses of wine & they also make to go as well. It was a nice place..thank you ?

We stayed in the vineyard owned property and received two free tastings for staying there. Our group went to many vineyards and wineries during our last trip but this was definitely the best one yet. The wine selection was varied and exceptional in taste. Paige was our server and she was very knowledgeable and kind. I will be back soon! Thank you for great wine tastings

My wine experience started in 2014, when I left a small winery in california and they had a small case of chianti for 3.99 as we were leaving the place. Since then I have not found a wine as satisfying as that. Today, I did. I read the experiences here with wine club, and seems like there is some opportunity there. However, the quality of wine and even food, it is the closest I've had to the experience that I still chase. Thank you!

My husband and I used to love this tasting room, so much so we signed up to be members so we would receive bottles of wine throughout the year and be able to attend their member events. We paid for this membership! After months of being charged repeatedly, not receiving any wine, and several attempts to get in touch with no success we decided to reach out on their instagram, which seemed to be active. I left a comment and question, they deleted it. So I private messaged them saying we wanted to cancel due to the above reasons and that my comment had been deleted!! We finally got in touch and thought the issue had been resolved. Here we are May 2024 (roughly a year from when we originally signed up) and we were charged 3 more times!! Again, we will be reaching out to see why they still have our card info and what we can do to make this stop. This has been incredibly frustrating.

Avoid the wine membership! Multiple cancellation attempts by voicemail, email, and the website. 6 months of outreach to no avail. 6 disputed charges for hundreds of dollars and counting. My wife and I deeply regret signing up.

I Loved this place last time I visited. This year when I visited the front bar was empty on a Saturday afternoon! I was not greeted by the young girl at the bar. When I started to look over the menu she just stared at me. I told her that I had visited before and typically love the Moscato d'astis. She was very pert, exclaimed that those were not sweet and pointed to a different one on the menu telling me that was the sweetest that they had.I asked another question and got the same type of response. It was not a good experience so I chose to leave before I wasted money on a bad experience. I was really disappointed considering how much I had loved the place last time I had visited.Please make the staff aware that their attitude affects customers experience and your profit.

Had to put a merchant void on my card because no one would ever pick up the phone to cancel my wine club. Over six months and two emails and countless calls and voicemails later, no one would ever return my inquiries. Had to also dispute the charges as well.

I am a disabled vet, was wine club member for 4 years. Wife and I were in there Apr 2024 with service dog, was thrown out for no reason given! The own yelling , threw her purse across the bar must not have taken her meds.. we canceled wine club membership, not veteran friendly.

As regulars at Cross Mountain Vineyard's, I cannot recommend it enough. The wines are top-notch, the prices are fair, and the service is always exceptional. It's our favorite spot for a reason – quality, value, and service all in one place.
