First time visitor to the town. Came to Cultures and was deeply disappointed. The hostess did not greet us for a while and we were finally seated by one of the bus boys. The bus boy took our drink order as our waitress never showed up for our drinks. When the waitress finally came, I asked for a recommendation between two meals I couldn’t decide on; she suggested Opa’s Sausage over Weiner Schnitzel. I got Opa’s Schnitzel; I informed the waitress that wasn’t what I ordered but she insisted I did. Not only that, there were maybe 4 waitresses and each one of them were at the bar flirting and chatting up all the boys and giving them their undivided attention. I had enough and paid the ticket and promptly left. Will not be making the mistake of visiting this place again.

Food was just okay. I’ve learned “really good” in Fredericksburg is a Houston “just okay.” They had live music, which I loved. It was mostly country and oldies. The server was awesome! Her name is Jazlyn. The drinks were very yummy (and strong). Do NOT get the mozzarella sticks. DO get the fries. The wings were okay.

I lived in Germany for 3 years and absolutely loved it and the food! I had the jagerschnital pretty sure I spelled that wrong lol it was pretty good only I tasted a lot of the oil that was used to fry the p.chop please clean out more frequently. The potatoe salad was amazingly delicious! Will go back but hope I dont taste oil that oil that's been sitting for a while.

Not to sure what to think of this place anymore. Me and my husband used to come and eat/drink. Music was always loud, as expected from a bar and grill. Our experience this time was BEYOND what i expected! NOT in a good way. Everything was changed, and looked nice at first. Then 15 mins in, and a club atmosphere came from out of NOWHERE! The music was way too loud, and the food was not great. Our server was a very nice man, but i was sadly disappointed this time around. Dont get me wrong, I don't mind change! This wasn't a positive one... The look of the place didn't match the theme imo.

I found this place to be pretty unimpressive. The food was mediocre, not particularly flavorful, and the service was similar - mediocre and not particularly friendly. We had originally driven to The Club at Barrons Creekside because we were looking for a cozy, outdoor, live music venue with good food. Their kitchen had just closed and they directed us to Cultures. I’m not sure why considering how different the vibe is there. Anyway, I wouldn’t recommend Cultures unless it was the last place open, and even then maybe not.

If you’re coming from out of town and need a normal vibe outside of the Fredericksburg boojie. This is it. It’s nice, has a welcoming bar, the most beers on tap (and cold), live music and drink/food specials.
I travel for work and I was searching for a chill sports bar vibe with good food and a cold beer variety. I’ve been here for two weeks and I wish I found this place sooner.
This is now going to be the spot for all my contractors in this town.

Setup as more of a sports bar; however the most disappointing thing is they said they mirror tvs so they were all on one game and couldn't put any on another ranked teams game. On top of that the band wasn't great so had just an appetizer of steak nachos which were barely average and not hot then left. Had to watch game on phone.
