Went to El Quincho on Saturday night for tapas and had a wonderful time. The staff were attentive and welcoming, the food was delicious, and the whole evening felt like a unique dining experience in Fredericksburg. Highly recommend!
Amazing experience! Easily the best restaurant in Fredericksburg. I had the pleasure of meeting Marisa and Maxi, and they are the most lovely and talented hosts. The patio area felt 10 degrees cooler than anywhere else I’ve felt during August in Texas. The ambiance was lovely; you can tell the space was created with care. My favorite bites were the dos chard & spinach buñuelos and the argentinian beef empanada. I will be dreaming of when I can come taste those buñuelos...
The food was amazing, the staff were so friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was beautiful. We were able to order almost all the tapas before needing to stop to save room for dessert. There wasn’t a dish we didn’t like so if you’re on the fence about anything just order it. Definitely eat here or you’re missing out.
