Great craft beer selections. Those spicy green beans were amazing!

Not a bad menu for a brewery! This is where we eat most often.

I thoroughly enjoyed the Reuben sandwich and German potato salad. My husband liked the Philly cheesesteak and fries. Our friend had the schnitzel. He said it was very good. Our waitress was amazing. She checked on us constantly. There was a huge party of 60 people, and she made sure that we got our order in before them. I gave it four stars because the of the price of our bottle of wine. The bottle cost $14 in the store and it cost $40 in the restaurant.

Disappointing to see the t-shirts the staff were wearing. “We prefer the America we grew up in.”

The food was okay, the service was not very good. We had a group of 9 and waited over an hour for our food. The place was not that busy. It's not worth the wait.

I have not tasted anything because nobody came to our table to take order or anything after 15 minutes of waiting, and the place was relatively empty… so I could definitely not recommend this brewery.

Beer was good. Good prices. However, we're very spoiled when it comes to tacos and the tacos here were just not good.

Attention Vegans, Vegetarians or anyone wanting something without meat: You HAVE to try the Portobello Burger. It's so good! I ordered it without cheese on the sourdough bun. The portobello is seasoned and has flavor. The sourdough bun has the right amount of bite to it; if you know what I mean. My mom had the Portobello Burger with cheese on the jalapeño cheddar bun and loved it. My brother and sister-in-law were going to Fredericksburg two weeks later and I told them they had to get this burger. They had it and enjoyed it as well. My brother said the onion rings are also good. I'm really impressed with this burger. I hope you enjoy!

I was very disappointed in my meal. Jager schnitzel. The schnitzel was so dry that when it came out the gravy was completely soaked into the meat. More disappointing than the meal was the server who picked up the plate of completely uneaten food without any concern. Choose another place for drinks and dinner.

Beers were average at best. Staff looked bored and that came across in the poor service.

Slow service and mediocre food. When I saked the waiter the best thing on the menu he replied with "I hate when people ask me that". Now I see why.

My husband and I had dinner here last night and it was fantastic! It was our first trip to Fredericksburg and we were pleasantly surprised. I had a Cobb dinner salad, and my husband had a meatloaf dinner with green beans and a side salad. Our server, Gaelyn was prompt, friendly, and kept our glasses full! We'll definitely be back!

The beer was cold and with a variety of flavors to chose from. The German food was fantastic despite being a brewery and was large portions and reasonably priced. Our waitress Gaelyn was one of the best we have had in quite a long time. Funny and tentative to details.
