I love K-Bob's and knew I wanted to eat here when I saw there was one here. It wasn't as great as I thought it would be. The food was good. Salad bar was good, just not as big as I've seen before and so I expected that. The floors were a mess - I would think there'd be time to clean from the lunch crowd to dinner crowd. One server available and a sign was on the door saying so. Our dinners were good, I will go back!
We had a wonderful dining experience. The food was yummy as usual. The steak was cooked to perfection and went well with a local bottle of wine. The brisket nachos and meatloaf were also scrumptious. Leo, Amber, Marcus, and Brianna gave us the wonderful service we are used to at K-Bob’s in Fredericksburg.
No wait for a table.Selected the chicken fried steak. Good, but nothing special. Mashed potatoes with brown gravy were excellent. Loved the sweet tea -- good as home made! Service was average.
