I had a wonderful experience at the Kaffee Haus. The staff was pleasant and the coffee high quality. I had walked past earlier in the morning, and the smell of their coffee brewing from the street was divine. I wasn't able to return until later in the afternoon, and even though I showed up 5 mins before closing the staff was happy to fill my order as they cleaned up. The iced Baklava Latte with pistachio and bee pollen powder was balanced and not overly sweet. I am not usually an oat milk fan, but the brand they used was smooth and mot chalky. 10/10 I would recommend this shop to anyone visiting the Fredericksburg area.

I LOVE this coffee shop and bakery. Spinach quiche is to die for and the chocolate chip cookie is the best I’ve ever had. The atmosphere is beautiful and relaxing! I will come back over and over again.

Great place with nice atmosphere and more reasonable prices. The separate rooms make it seem more spacious

The coffee was good, but be warned that even a splash of milk is a $1.25 up charge. The staff claimed their milk is “higher quality” than others but I watched a Costco brand milk get added.
I have been in a handful of times. The specialty lattes are always perfect and the food is fresh and delicious. There’s little alcoves with seating if you’re looking for a private space to chat with friends or do some work, and they’ve put a lot of effort into making sure every seat in the house is a good one. The staff is always welcoming and kind, and even when the line is long it moves quickly. I wish I could give more stars. 🌈
Quaint coffee shop with many gluten-free options and a few dairy free options, too.

New favorite place in Fredericksburg. Super sweet staff. DELICIOUS food. Great vibes. Truly the best chocolate chip cookie I’ve ever had
Great coffee. The iced Bombon was sweet and creamy and rich with flavor! It's a fun little place to stop by if you're looking to escape the heat and grab some coffee.
This place makes me so happy, just had the chicken salad and pimento cheese, both were a home run! Service was top notch…the historic stone interior and wood floors are a bonus.
We stopped for a Macadamia cookie and a Chocolate Crossant. Ambience is excellent to get a goodie and hangout. They gave me 2 cookies for my two furkids! Thank you for making it a fun stop today. We will be back, as we are locals!!! Renee and Bert ✨️
The people who work here are very helpful. My son loved the Gluten Free baked goods!
