Got chicken tacos to go that were inedible. This was disappointing because I'd been pretty happy with the Johnson City location many times. Reached out 3 different ways regarding my experience and was ignored.

Maybe ok if you go in person but do NOT order favor delivery from them. They had the wrong address listed so the driver had to drive twice as far as expected- upping the tip drastically. Then they had nothing available they have listed on the menu. The food I did finally get was subpar, sad, and really greasy.
