Not my favorite bbq.The hatch chili mac and cheese - didn’t have ANY cheese or flavor, basically noodles.Green beans also had no flavor.My friend enjoyed the cream corn.Had to ask multiple times for bbq sauce. The pickle/condiment holder was surprisingly dirty since we were the second group of the day.The turkey was pretty good. The brisket was saltier than expected but flavorful.Also be sure to call and check the hours. Google said 11am, but when the door was still locked we called and they said 11:30.

Brisket was more fat than meat, they were out of most sides. The blonde cutting meat behind the counter kept wiping her nose with her hand but then not washing her hands. She also picked food off the hot bar behind the counter and popped it in her mouth, again didn’t wash her hands. The bathrooms look like they’ve not been cleaned in weeks. Not worth the price.

My husband and I wanted a snack and to rest a bit while out and about so we ate here. We shared their frito pie and it was ok. Their sweet tea is not sweet enough but we didn't have a long wait and there was plenty of seating.

Overall, everything was quite average which was really disappointing when we wanted a good meal after a long day of driving. We had to wait 20 minutes in the line to order which I can handle if the food is worth it, but the baked potato was cold, the ribs were tender but over seasoned to where you couldn’t taste the meat and it’s an absolute shame to be using plastic cutlery in 2023. If you want good Texas BBQ, look elsewhere.
