Saw this place recommended on Reddit and so glad! Definitely worth the hype. Food was delicious and we had a group of 9 and we were sat pretty shortly. Staff was nice too!

There are several German places in Fredericksburg but I chose this one to celebrate a special event with friends and family and was happy with it. They were very accommodating in having tables for us beside each other for our big party. Prices are reasonable for quality German food. Got the pork schnitzel and it was very yummy. Good fried breading without being too thick or greasy, great sides. Everyone was happy with their meals. Highly recommended if you need a place to celebrate with great food in Fredericksburg!

This was a wonderful experience. We had a bit of a wait, so if you go around dinner time - I'd strongly recommend making reservations. It's a small place but they are fantastic at what they do.The menu is not huge, which says to me what they do they do with pride. Too many things on a menu tells me you have a lot of frozen food and specialize in almost nothing.Ottos is pricey but worth it. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and they work as a team which I love.I must make mention that, in my opinion their cheesecake is the best I've ever had. And I don't say that without worldly experience in the realm of cheesecakes; )

I’ve been to Otto’s 20 times. It has always been walk up only. I drove from Austin this time to go with my family, only to be told no more walk ins and reservations only! Can’t believe Otto’s did this without notice to their far away customers.

I've had the pleasure of visiting this establishment three times over the past few years, and each visit has left me impressed by the delectable food, inviting atmosphere, and attentive service. However, I must note that the prices seem a bit high relative to the food and overall experience. While the quality is undeniably excellent, it could offer a better value proposition. Nonetheless, if you're willing to splurge a little for a memorable dining experience, this place is worth considering.
The property is gorgeous! The service was fantastic, and the food was out of this world! We'll definitely go back when we're in Fredericksburg!

Entrees were average, lacking in flavor. The best thing was the cheesecake and I am not a fan of cheesecake. It was incredible. Cocktails nothing special but overpriced.
