Not a place to go if you want a clean normal bar. We went at 8pm and the place was full of very very drunk people. The female bar tender was either high and or drunk- not functioning well.

Nice staff and free popcorn. Outside of that, everything else is eh. $28 for a shiner, Mountain Dew and a fire ball shot is insane. Also takes a while to get served.

Stopped by on Thanksgiving Day when we arrived at Fredericksburg. Me and my partner went up to the bar and saw no bartender. We waited for a good 10 minutes until the bar tender finally made an appearance. However, it then took him another 5 minutes to even notice us.
The only reason they’re getting 3 stars is because they were open on a holiday. Plus, the atmosphere is actually great, just wish their service would be better.

Overall experience was 10/10. Bar was in a great spot downtown. Pioneer is a bar I’d recommend to all visitors and locals. The crew was great to everyone that came in.
