How do you forget to make a pizza. I waited more than 30 minutes and I asked for my pizza and they said they forgot to make the pizza this place is very unprofessional that is not an acceptable place to eat. And to top it off, I got charged for 3 drinks and only got 2. 2 drinks and a house salad for $15. Something is wrong with this establishment... I will never go to eat there again.

Hard to access this place. Narrow road to get in and out. Food was no where close to other pizza huts. After taking the pizza and tasted we realized that they forgot to put the sauce.

We decided to get some Pizza and stopped here for lunch. We were greeted and attended to by our server Eileen. She was so kind and courteous making us feel welcomed. The food was great (extra pepperoni thin crust) and it was nice and hot. Eilleen was attentive and very friendly checking in on us for refills or anything we may have wanted. The food was filling, and the salads were also fresh and good. Our meal was delicious but what made it better was Eileen. We enjoyed her friendly attitude and her excellent customer service. That is what makes this Pizza Hut stand out because of staff that truly care about what they do and how they make you feel welcomed. When we are back in Fredericksburg, we will go back for a hot meal and great service! Thanks, Eileen!

The GM waited on us. We asked for a sweet tea and lemonade we got tea and water. He didn't come back to the table until we were almost finished. He didn't bring plates forks we had to get our own the cook brought our food to us worst Pizza Hut I've ever been in

After paying, the cashier didn't even check for my pizza. 7 minutes later, another worker asked me. It was ready the whole time. There was no one in front of me. The delivery driver came in upset. I listened to that exchange and nobody had any organization. This is the most disorganized pizza hut I have been too. Who ever is the manager needs to be more available or needs to get better employees. I ordered ham, pepperoni, and banana peppers. There's hardly any ham and maybe one banana pepper per slice. For pizza hut to be the most expensive pizza, they forgot give toppings. The presentation of the pizza is good though.
