The staff is very friendly and attentive. The restroom was clean and has been remodeled fairly recently compared to the picture that was posted here some time ago. The pizza is the same as any other Pizza Hut but the vibe is definitely better than the new ones. I would love to see a juke box and a few arcade games but other then that it was perfect!

We were super excited to visit a Pizza Hut of old and remember how great the chain was back in the day. The classic concept kinda works, but you can tell whoever is running this location never experienced it first hand. The outside of the building has the classic look, but the inside just misses the mark. Sure, they've got the classic red cups, booths, and the "stained glass" style lights, but that's where it ends. The inside is kinda empty and dull. There's no corner booths, no salad bar, no fireplace, no jukebox, and no video games. The food was decent, just like any other Pizza Hut express down the street. The service was good, the two guys working were nice, prompt with the food, and helpful. Overall, visiting is worth the stop if you're in the area for wine or other stuff, but don't make the trek for Pizza Hut alone, you'll be disappointed.

It was a traditional 80s/90's dine in pizza hut. The food was quick and perfect. We were in the area for the WWII Pacific theater museum. I would definitely recommend both ?????Parking: Plenty of parking in its own lot.Kid-friendliness: Decor was reminiscent of my childhood. Open and very spacious.

Ordered two of the Melts and an order of cheese sticks for dine in the young lady taking order said it would take about 15 minutes, at 40 minutes we could not wait any longer so ask for our money back and refused to refund so had to wait another 15 minutes and than didn't get the cheese sticks had to ask for them. Than had to ask for the dipping sauce. Also while waiting to get our order two ladies said they waited one hour to get two personal pan pizzas. This is totally unacceptable service, it will be a long time before we go back to a Pizza Hut but I will go talk to the manager after she gets back from her vacation that's what I was told by the man that refused to refund our money without the managers okay. It seems like they only want to take care of the call in orders and not service the dine in customers.

In Fredericksburg, you can take a little stroll back in time to this charming Pizza Hut which has preserved that 90's feel to the experience that you used to have as a child going to Pizza Hut. The restaurant is very clean and cozy, and the food is excellent, and the decor will take you right back to the good old days and help you to scratch that nostalgic itch without worry that it might be roaches in the furniture. A great Pizza Hut that is a good stop if you are looking for some comfort food.Parking: Parking was great, although if you are trying to get in through the sonic, there is a curb so you cannot access through there.

The very last time I ordered from which was a few years ago I ordered a cheese pizza and I waited a hour for my pizza to arrive at my house and I used to live down the street from pizza hut and it arrived cold I understand that I'm not the only who ordered pizza at the same time and they have to get to other people who have ordered to I called back up there and nobody picked up although maybe it's changed but I wouldn't know (edit) so today is November 26 I decided to order again to give them another chance and everything was wonderful the pizza nice and hot the bread sticks to same with the cinnamon sticks a sold 10/10 now so glad I've given them another chance will for sure order again when I can ????
Worest service ever I walked in ordered three pizzas was treated like shit told me there's no coupons unless I ordered online if I don't order online so there's no discounts then I was berated because the woman didn't like how he treated her because I'm "not nice" so basically don't come here. Don't order your pizza here and they don't give a shit about you.
