PROMETHEUS PIZZA FOOD TRUCK

I decided to try Prometheus Pizza Food Truck after seeing some great reviews, but it didn’t quite live up to the expectations. The pizzas were small (around 12” or less) with a very thin crust that was overcooked and quite crunchy- borderline burnt. We ordered two Margherita pizzas, but were told they only had enough basil for one. No discount or substitution was offered, which felt a bit off, especially given the very limited vegetarian options. At nearly $20 per pizza, it felt overpriced for the portion and quality. While the flavor was decent, the overall experience left a lot to be desired.

Amazing pizza. Salad was good as well.

Ordered the za-zilla and Caesar salad. Made for a perfect last night in our airbnb and enjoyed some at home vibes.

The food was amazing and the staff was super friendly.

This pizza hit the spot after hiking Enchanted Rock. Conveniently located on our drive back, with outdoor seating. We had the Roxanne, the Breakfast of Champs, and a regular pepperoni pizza. Loved all pizzas but the pepperoni was voted the best

We loved the build your own pizza with red sauce, pepperoni, mushroom, and onion. Crust is awesome. Quality ingredients. Very good Texas pizza.

This place is worth the visit! Great pizza, appetizers, and salads. Clean nice environment and wait staff are wonderful!

PROMETHEUS PIZZA is a standout dining experience in Fredericksburg. From the moment we arrived, the restaurant’s stunning decor and authentic Italian vibe set the tone for an unforgettable meal.

The highlight of our visit was the Reuben pizza—a unique creation that absolutely blew us away. It’s rare to find such a bold, creative take on pizza that works so perfectly, but this one was a total winner. Insanely delicious doesn’t even begin to cover it!

The quality of the ingredients was apparent in every bite, and the service was nothing short of excellent. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made sure we felt welcome throughout our meal.

With its incredible food, warm atmosphere, and impeccable service, PROMETHEUS PIZZA has become a must-visit for us. We’ll definitely be back to explore more of their menu. If you’re in Fredericksburg, make this place a priority—you won’t regret it!
