Really good Neapolitan style pizza. These 12inch pizzas are elevated with ingredients and bake. If you like medium to thinner crust and well done under side the pizza is great. The pepperoni and cheese are great classic choices just be aware the pepperoni is highly greasy. Enjoy!

Freaking amazing!! Best pizza we have had in a long time. What loved in New York for over 25 years and we've never been able to find good pizza in Texas. This place is the BOMB, so if you're looking for good thin crust PIZZA, you found your place.!!! Amazing!

Awesome artisan pizza truck located next to Das Peach Haus. Their pizzas are 12”Neopolitan/New Yorkish style suitable for 1-2 people depending on how hungry you are. Outdoor picnic table seating on those nice days or simply take it to go. Perusing the list I had to try the Basta! It was simply divine: Bison, red sauce, mozzarella, ‘Nduja (a spreadable sausage - try it!), fermented honey, and pickled red onions. It was a truly unique and tasty experience.

Very tasty Neapolitan pizza. I understand these folks started during COVID, got it down to a science and did so using good, local flour and ingredients.I do have a challenge for the owners: see if you can get that local flour you use to have a bit more chewiness to it (one that you can “pull”). That’s the way the pizzas in Naples taste/feel. Get it to where no one would dare leave crusts behind…to the point where it would seem like a crime if one did. If you’ve come this far from “scratch”, I’m confident you can do almost anything!!
Yummy meal but just too expensive. Since this truck was right by our hotel, we thought it would be a great place to grab some pizza for takeout. While the pizza was pretty good (the Hawaiian was very different but deliciously good) the price is pretty high and the portions just don't match it. We got 2 pizzas and a Caesar salad which ended up being over $50. The salad was $12 and was not more than a side salad. I thought it would be a full meal. The atmosphere looked fun and inviting so maybe it would've been better if we had dined there for the experience. Overall, decent food but just too overpriced. Find another pizza place for takeout!

Dear Rachel and Chris - I am extremely disappointed with your customer service on 2/17. I ordered 6 pizzas + online and upon arrival you gave me the go around that there was no order followed by you finding my ticket ten minutes later. I had to wait an additional 30 mins although Chris said it would take a few minutes. Chris was extremely rude and dismissive and offered little to fix the problem. To add injury to insult, once I took my order home we were missing a pie. I called Chris and expressed my frustration and he hung up one me instead of offering resolution. The pizza was good, however, the customer service was absolutely horrible and I had to share my experience so that they are held accountable and fix their mistakes going forward to be successful.

The pizza was good but for me the game changer was the red chili flake sauce that they have. I asked for chili flakes and the guy said they have something better. And it definitely was! He also brought the pizza to our vehicle while we waited.
