Super unique experience for a Fredericksburg visit. I had a wonderful experience with Heather - definitely ask for her! The staff is very well informed on both the wines and mission of Rhinory. I did the Signature Tasting and found it to be a well rounded selection. 10/10 would recommend to anyone making their winery lists for the area.

Such a memorable experience at Rhinory! We enjoyed a peaceful wine tasting while watching the rhino roam nearby — such a unique and calming setting. 🦏🍷
The wine was genuinely good — smooth, well-balanced, and clearly crafted with care. We especially appreciated the friendly staff who guided us through the tasting with great recommendations. Ended up taking home a couple of bottles we loved!
Sipping wine with a view of a rhino? Definitely a one-of-a-kind experience. Highly recommend for animal lovers and wine enthusiasts alike!

Unfortunately the place is cool but the service is 0. I arrived and asked how the test process was and they looked at me like I didn't know and it's true. I didn't mention it and they didn't pay attention to me. No, no, no, and I didn't like the service. If they are not prepared for new clients, they should prepare themselves.

Was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the wine here. Although this place was busy and we didn't have reservations for a tasting, we were able to enjoy a bottle of wine next to the rhino! Would recommend a stop here just for the rhino. Or the excellent wine.

If in town (Fredericksburg) around Thanksgiving/Christmas, I recommend visiting Johnson City.
Edit: Rhinory doesn’t have any food options except the pre-packed stuff (like cheese).

The worst wine and sever was so pushy and rude ask me what I wanted to buy for gift shop. She blonde hair and keep force thing on me I would not recommend this winery 12/21/24 worst experience!!!

My girl friends and I did a signature tasting and it was amazing! We had Matt as our server, and he was so great! He was knowledgeable not only on the wine we tasted but more importantly about the rhino, Blake, they have on site! 20% of wine bottle purchases go to rhino conservation, and 100% of merchandise purchases go to rhino conservation! Loved this place too much!
