Great Experience!!
We had a wonderful experience at Signor Winery! Our host, Mr. Greg, was fantastic. He was welcoming, knowledgeable, and showed excellent customer service throughout our visit. He made the tasting both enjoyable and informative, and his hospitality really stood out. Highly recommend visiting and asking for Greg if you can—you’ll be in great hands!
We had such a wonderful experience at Signor Winery! Genesa was absolutely delightful—warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. She guided us through the wines with both expertise and enthusiasm, making the visit even more memorable. She made the whole experience exceptional. Highly recommend! 🍷✨
Excellent wine, beautiful winery, wonderful hosts. Love this place!!
Katie and Sammy are the best. They always treat us so good. It’s a pleasure to go and just enjoy the day. 🍷🍷❤️❤️ The wine is really good too. 😁
This venue is gorgeous. The wine tasting with Stewart was unhurried and had great chocolate pairings. We loved not feeling rushed and enjoying the views.
We had an absolutely fantastic first wine tasting at this winery! Our server, Margarita, was incredibly knowledgeable and made the experience even more special. She guided us through each wine selection and paired it perfectly with a delicious charcuterie board. The service was impeccable, and we felt truly taken care of. We can’t wait to return!

Margarita was great and explained everything well. We had a great visit. Wine was very good.
The wine was delicious and Cristian was a wonderful server. I thoroughly enjoy the outdoor patio and the overall atmosphere of this Winery.
Stewart was awesome!
My friend and I, both professors at a local university, were some of the first members at Signor because we loved their Viognier. Then, Signor was small and very welcoming. I really loved their manager at that time. It is a beautiful spot. (The house was the home of Dr. George and Jonell Livesay, who were friends of mine. )Since that time, it has expanded to many buildings. I am no longer a member at Signor but am a member at Narrow Path and Beckers. (Which we love)
I have retired from teaching and have two STRs in Gillespie County. I recently started a wine tour company, and it has been so much fun creating curated wine tasting experiences for my guests. Everyone has been so kind and appreciative.
My guests today asked to go to Signor, and I was excited for them to experience it. I made a reservation for the group the week before.
We were arriving before a big storm was about to hit. They put us under the patio. I don't usually sit with my guests, but they invited me to join them. After their first tasting, the rain and wind began, and we were getting wet. She asked if we were ready for the next pour, and I asked if we could go inside. Inside was the members' room. There were only a few members in the room. The server said no, that it was the member's only room. I said we cannot be out here because we are getting wet. Other guests were asking the same questions. They were told no, as well. The manager came by and said we could go to the inside tasting room, but there was not enough room for everyone.
So, I told the guests that I think we need to go since there were no options offered to us. I ran to the car with one of the guests and brought the car and the umbrella to the entrance. She ferried the guests to the car. We were all soaked. I asked the server to only charge me for one tasting. She was not happy.
The last guest said that the server and one of the other employees were trash-talking me. Pretty sad. Pretty snooty. I told them there are many wineries and that I have choices to where I take my guests. Signor will not be one of them. Where was the humanity when they wouldn't let us in out of the rain and wind?
Beauty and nice wine do not trump decency and kindness.
Margarita was great and explained everything to us throughly!
