Barb is an awesome host with a larger than life, unapologetic personality. She will take you through a journey of meads (honey wines) from different regions of Texas. She is very knowledgeable on, and passionate about, the meads and wines she offers and the atmosphere is fun and laid back. She has frozen wine-a-ritas flowing on those hot summer days, and there are plenty of board games to kick back and hang out for a while with your group. The best part: dogs are not only welcomed but encouraged (both indoors and outside)! If you want something different to break up all the wineries in the area, this is the place for you! Stop by for a quick tasting, or make a whole afternoon of it; either way, you're going to enjoy your visit and feel amazing for supporting a female owned and operated establishment. Absolute MUST TRY while you're in Fredericksburg!

This is an absolute no miss place. Lots of interesting beverages to try, including a selection of spicy drinks - my favorite. The owner, Barb, creates a welcoming and fantastically fun atmosphere with her personality, available games, and local crafts for sale. We meet several really cool locals. If we lived closer we'd hang out all the time!

A place with a relaxed setting and environment. For not being a wine drinker, this place had a great selection of wines to taste and drink. Tastings are what I look for, and the wine flight was a great option.
Six shooters cellars has a good variety of wines. We did a taste testing of 6 wines for each of us. I absolutely loved the mango mimosa. We enjoyed the experience.
