The service was really fast! The tots were the bomb! The burgers were good. They either need to change the filter or clean the nozzles on the soda dispenser cuz the sprite my lady ordered tasted like a mildewy washcloth? but the slushies were good. They changed her drink to a slush no problem, kid was really nice about it. Everything else was great!

Horrible burger tonight. Patties where hot as hell and dry dry. Hope they are not using a microwave. If you where cooking on the night of 3/6/2024? Get off the grill. You don't deserve to be behind serving them Patties

The service sucks they miss up on the order and wanted to make my pay for more food in my opinion they should given the drink and tots for free as well they did not include tots and missing a Dr

Literally the worst Sonic ever. Every single time we go something is wrong or weird. Today they handed up large Dr Peppers with a shake lid. Spilling a drink in my car is super annoying. Glad my kids didn't get a drink with those lids. They never have normal lids.

As usual, they didn't the order right. The double bacon cheese burger was 1 patty, no veggies, no bacon, no condiments. Medium coke (ordered rt 44). They did manage to get the onion rings right at least, but they made nice profit by not giving 3/4 of the food cost and banking the money.
They are usually very good but the guy who was taking orders took orders from others who pulled in after us & ignored us. I finally moved to another stall & he didn't want to apologize for that until I asked him to. On top of that the lettuce on my burger was old & wilted. The server looked like she had lost her last friend too. Don't know what happened to the previous higher quality they usually have. Disappointing.

I asked several times for.the tutor tots instead I got stick fries..grossVegetarian options: Vegetarian options 1 to 5 being best is a 1 they have no real options for vegetarians..

I usually love Sonic but don't go to the one here. The food is always bad no matter how much you tip. Literally every single time I've ordered here my burger has been soggy, even when I ask for no veggies or condiments which is baffling. (Their condiments are basically white, yellow, and red colored water anyway, any time I get something with condiments I always have to keep it inside the wrapper to prevent a full river of mayo from spilling everywhere) at this point I think it's because they use waterlogged buns instead of throwing them away like they're supposed to. The last time I ordered here, I tipped the entire amount my food was through my card because I wanted to see if giving a 100% tip would change my experience at all. It didn't. I ordered two burgers with no condiments or veggies, a large order of chili cheese tots and a medium order of the honey BBQ chicken bites. The bun of the first sandwich disintegrated before I even finished unwrapping the thing, the second one tasted so awful I had to throw it away after the second bite, the container for the large chili-cheese tots had the same amount of tots that usually come in a small, (it didn't even cover half of the bottom of the tray) the BBQ chicken bites had almost no sauce on them, and they were so hard they broke the plastic fork it came with. I'd honestly rather wait 2 hours in line at Whataburger that try coming here ever again, this is absolutely unacceptable and what's worse is that these reviews won't change anything. They don't read them, it's probably some automated system that directs low ratings to a corporate number and gives an empty thank you for high ratings, if it is a person responding it's obvious they just don't care

I’ve eaten at this sonic many many times in my life and up until today they’ve done okay. Today however was a very bad experience. The order was totally messed up 3 times. 1st I was not even allowed to complete my order they just cut me off. Had to press the button again, 2nd the drinks came out completely wrong had to send them back. 3rd the food came out wrong 2 times and sent it back once paid for an additional because they apparently didn’t charge it correctly and THEY STILL SHORTED ME THE BURGER I PAID FOR. Will not be coming back for a LONG time until they get better service back.
