I picked up my drink order and didn’t realize that my pumpkin bread was not there. I’ve been trying to call Starbucks for 30 minutes, about 10 phone calls, and no one will answer the phone. How am I supposed to ask for a credit for some thing I didn’t get if no one answers the phone? Ridiculous.
