We are so fortunate to have such a fantastic Thai food truck in town. The food is always made fresh and the flavors are amazing. I only ever had Pad Thai, but Jason and Amina(the owners) have opened my taste buds up to a whole new world. I think there is only one item left for me to try on the menu. It's soooo good I eat there at least twice a week! My personal favorites are the Chicken Fried Rice, All the curry's, and the Thai Y'all Spaghetti! Don't forget to add spring rolls or the wontons to your meal. You won't regret it!

****HIDDEN GEM ALERT!!!**** Wow! Hands down, most flavorful food in Fredericksburg. Right behind Dietz Distillery in the over flow parking lot. Just follow the signs! The owners were so kind and allowed me to try a little bit of everything. Every item on the menu is a banger. I highly recommend when you’re in town. You will not be disappointed. There’s also a beautiful lake in walking distance where we got to hang out and watch the giant turtles. Super cool spot.

Fantasic food in an amazing spot. Order some fried rice or green curry then go grab a bottle of wine at Fischer and Wieser and grab a table next to the lake.
And contrary to recent reviews, the chef is Thai from Thailand. Sorry Ben.
Service was good, but getting the chicken fried rice is definitely a mistake when I saw how highly praised other items were. Seems to only be spiced with pepper and had a overly strong cilantro taste. Decent for white-people Thai fried rice, but nowhere near its potential.

Best Thai in Fredericksburg and surrounding! The owners are super sweet and the food is amazing. The atmosphere is great too - it’s outside seating next to a cute pond and some bars! Perfect for lunch or an early dinner. Can’t wait to come back!

We were so happy to discover there's Thai food in Fredericksburg! This little food trailer is run by a friendly couple (one of whom is Thai) and offers a small menu of classic Thai street food. We ordered green curry, pad kra pow, spring rolls and wontons. It was all really delicious and made fresh. Definitely going to come here again!
