We stopped in for some groceries..... and OMG.... this Walmart in Fredericksburg, Tx has GOT TO BE THE CLEANEST we've ever seen!!! Floor was clean, I believe I heard nice music (I found myself humming to something) & shelves were nicely stocked. Even the clothing section.... none of the racks were messed up or overstuffed with items. Staff was friendly..... beside the "Greeter", several staff members said Hello. Two of them asked if we needed any help finding things! We spoke to a cashier and told her to pass on what our positive thoughts were. We thought it was a fairly new store.... she said "No, it's been here for 16 years, and that they have a good, strict Manager". Amen. Kudos to the Manager!!

Blatant false advertising, inept staff and poor customer service. I drove an hour out of my way to buy an iPhone at the advertised price of $150. When I finally found a store associate to help, he explained that no, that's not the price and I was essentially stupid for thinking that was the price. I spoke to the manager who explained that the price is a lie and they only sell it for that much with a third party sales rep (a lie) and they don't activate phones. I begrudgingly bought it because I had already spent four days and five trips trying to purchase the phone from kerrville. Showed the woman the advertisement saying that an associate is supposed to activate the phone. She shrugged and said nothing. This store lies. Don't give them your money.

I only used the pickup kiosk inside the store so I'm basing my review on that. I ordered a 9 inch fan for in store pick up. Within a couple of hours my order was ready. Right inside the store I see the kiosk, scan the barcode from my order via my phone at the kiosk and within seconds my order zooms from the machine like magic!!! This is real life Jetsons stuff right here!! I've done pickup at lots of Walmart stores and this is the first time I've seen this type of machine. It's freaking amazing!!! When will stores in DFW get this?

Absolutely one of the nicest Walmart's I've ever been to. They need to use this store to set the standards for all Walmart's. This represents an awesome GM/store manager!!! Thank you!

This is a great, well organized Walmart. The employees are nice and the store is clean. Not typical of my experience at many Walmart. Good management.

Had to make a return today. Even though I didn't have the receipt there wasn't a problem. The CSM was nice and respectful. I didn't have to wait in a long line either. I really like this Walmart because it's clean and there aren't toys or clothes on the floor like you find at other Walmarts. The food selection is better here than at nearby Walmarts. That might be because if Fredericksburg and the tourist industry. Either way, there are steaks and sausages that I can't get elsewhere. The premium cheese selection is also something to check out.
