The food was good, but the service was terrible. The cashier was miserable and wore it on her sleeve. I had to go to the counter and ask for my food because she failed to give me a number. I then had to go back and ask for napkins and ketchup because none were offered. She acted as though it was a bother.

If I could give 10 stars I would!!! JOSE - STELLAR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! This guy greeted me OUTSIDE!!! Most amazing and friendly service, y'all better KEEP THIS GUY!!!! The food is AWESOME and Jose's customer service is icing on the cake! , well, pie 🤣🤣 Thank you Jose for spreading holiday cheer!!!!!

Nocturnal Racer

I miss having such a good biscuit and gravy option so prevalent in the city i live in. Drive 22 hours so that the great glory of whatafurger b&g could nourish my belly and my soul. Ate a burger for grins, but was left daydreaming about the b&g. Lots of sausage in the gravy, biscuits were good. No soda water at the tap. Cheddar jalapeno biscuit was delicious. Regular biscuit was good (mush better than popeyes). Do you think they would mail me a bag of ingredients in the future so i dont have to spend 800$ in gas to get my fix?

Very clean inside and out. Team sounded like they were working together and talking about the orders. Cleaning as they went. Order was correct and fresh.

We waited 30 minutes to get our food: a jr cheeseburger with small fries and small water, a cheeseburger with medium fries and a tea and a medium vanilla shake with large fries. 3 tables that ordered after us got their orders before us. My daughter didn’t even get what she ordered. I asked to speak with the manager who tried to tell us that the drive thru was busy. I told him I didn’t care because 3 tables that ordered after us got their food. Then he tried to say they make everything fresh. So what? Did those 3 tables before us get old food and we got ours so late because they wanted to make it fresh??? I told him he was talking out of the side of his mouth and it was obvious he didn’t care that we got our food so late AND that my daughter didn’t even get what she ordered. Don’t go here. Their manager has no idea what customer service is and they don’t care about their customers. Spend your good money elsewhere.
