Onion rings were hot and delicious. There was quite a waiting line at the driveway thru, but it seemed that they had a great system in place. The food was delicious and the order was correct.
We ordered our meals to go. They were as busy as I have ever seen them. The service and food were excellent and our orders were correct. Nice!

Waited in the drive thru for over 45 minutes! Food wasn’t good and barely any fries! Employees standing behind the counter on their phones doing nothing while customers were impatiently waiting for their orders! Worst Whataburger I’ve been to!

Ordered 3 small chocolate shakes and 1 strawberry medium shake. They first gave us 3 strawberry and 1 chocolate then redid order and gave us 3 chocolate 1 strawberry and 1 vanilla. 😩😩

Horrible experience for our first time at a Whataburger. 40 minute wait for 4 basic burgers and two fries. Buns were hard and dry, sandwiches and fries were room temperature. For that long of wait I’d expect food to be hot and fresh.

Stopped by on a Saturday 11pm and dine-in area was closed, which is odd as whataburgers are 24hrs and not know to be closed. There were no signs posted as several other families were stopping by pulling at the doors, ready to dine-in as well.
I came in with a group of friends and my mother, but was neglected service and we had to wait over an hour before we got any food.

I honestly can not comprehend how people can't get a simple 2 meal order correct. We were the ONLY people in line in an UBER nonetheless, and 3/4ths of our order was wrong. Beyond disappointed - incompetent employees. Crazy.
