I went thru the drive thru. I wanted the freshest chicken and of course that’s what I got. The biscuits were hot, fresh & ready to go ! I’m so glad churches decided to come back to Freeport!!

Twice now in the past 5 days they have been out of corn. First time was a weekday around 5:30pm. Second was a Sunday at 3:30pm.

Ordered chicken macaroni and cheese and corn. The chicken had no taste to it.The macaroni and cheese was okay and the corn had way too much butter. I believe this will be the last time that we ordered from this restaurant.

I went tonight around 10:30 and waited on the intercom for help once i got no answer i just drove to the window again no help i then drove to the front and can see a employee sitting down playing games on his phone he also looked at me and continued being on the phone 🤦🏾♂️McDonalds it is i guess 😂

I am currently in line waiting for a 2piece meal! I have been sitting here 20mins. In THE DRIVE THROUGH!!!!! The lady at the window wiped my drink with dirty napkins!!! And got mad that I asked he to remake my drink. Also I came here at 11pm yesterday and they ignored me and my husband when we tried to order food! I thought this location was 24hrs. I will not be coming back! I highly recommend going to Popeyes down the street . If you want chicken

I ordered a family meal last night. The spicy chicken was great; the service was so-so. My order was actually ready when I picked it up, but it was incomplete and I had to go inside to get the sides that weren’t left out of my order.
Also, if you want okra, go to Chicken Express. The pic shows Church’s okra on the left for $6.49, and Chicken Express’s okra on the right for $6.14. Church’s used to serve their family sides of okra in a box and you actually got your money’s worth, but now you get very little for $7. Plus Chicken Express’s was crispier and had more flavor.

Their original wrap is delicious. But I’m not a big fan of their coleslaw. The lady, I think her name is Lexi, the one with pink hair. She was very friendy and I really like the energy there. It’s just delightful.

Purchased a 3 piece with coleslaw and sweet tea. Well my chicken was overcooked dry no seasoning they gave me fries instead of my coleslaw my biscuit was like a rock my tea was warm barely any ice. Once I got home I saw my lunch I did call to complain with the manager Sandra and she quickly took my name and said she would give me credit as long as I had my receipt as I did. Hoping next time it will be much better.

So I selected this restaurant because I use the upside app and with the upside app you get a percentage back in cash back however I did an online order remind you my order was close to $60 and they didn’t have white meat so they told me that I can take Dark meat which the value of the dark meat was $10 less than the white meat or I could sit there and do a refund and the only problem with that is if you do a refund then you have to wait five business days to get your money back so I asked the cashier can we just do chicken tenders instead and they were not willing to do that. I feel like if I’m giving you an option I’m trying to meet you halfway because it’s not my fault that Your system allowed me to order something that you didn’t have. They were very rude. They were not trying to work with me. It was late. We were already eating late, so the fact that they weren’t even trying to help Work with me and then I spoke to the manager. He wasn’t very helpfuland then they called the district manager and then they’re sitting there telling me that I can do a refund from the app, which I couldn’t do. The district manager had to do it just very poor customer service. They do not have to worry about me ever going there again.

Even though it was already 9 PM, Cassandra, Lexi, and Rosemary were full of energy and had the best attitudes! We had to wait a bit for our order, but they made the experience enjoyable with their positive vibes and friendly service. Their customer service was top-notch, and their smiles made our night. Big thanks to these three for going above and beyond—even at the end of a long day!
