So I placed my order at 7:19pm it said the delivery time was 31-41 minutes so at 8:10pm I called asked how much longer the guy says they leaving with it now I only live 4 minutes from this dominos so at 8:41pm still no order I called again they said the same thing it's leaving now 😑 I was at work so I couldn't leave to go get it but finally around 9:21 it finally shows up EVERYTHING is cold an half of it was incorrect an no one fixes the problem then I called the store to an the manager was sooo rude like it was my fault she only had 1 driver

Pizza was Really Good came out faster than I expected i waited inside since they have a huge Dinner inside just needs some tvs on the walls to watch sports games while you seat and eat there.
Kid-friendliness: Yes but needs some tvs with kids cartoons on it to keep them busy while they wait or eat at the dinner

Short Hispanic lady, blue tatto on her neck. Glasses. Worst employee I have ever experienced, customer service was horrible. She seemed overwhelmed and as a server I know how that is. But I still treat my GUESTS with a smile and greeting. Never left the window open long enough for me and my husband to say the name for the order, it was ana. She kept thinking it was amber. Lol dude! We all have bad days. Breath and be positive. It'll all get better. Pizza was awesome tho as always, (:

Ordered pizza just now and went to pick up in drive thru window and when I got home I had a burned pizza. Called up there and spoke with the manger on duty (Shaylyn) how ever u spell her name and she told me to bring the pizza back. As I was showing her the pizza she told me that it wasn’t burned pizza at all n I had to explain to her that I’m come here a lot of times and order a lot from here due to it being close to my house. N I have NEVER had any problems but today…… I asked for corporate number and she told me that she didn’t have it. I just would like to say next time there is a way to handle it a little better lil mama is all. But I hope this teaches u a lesson. I was buying for my mother that couldn’t chew crunchy food. On top of it all I was sick with Covid n had to bring pizza back up there and get out my car just to complain about something that should have been right in the first place
Use the coupons and the pizza is OK for the price. Without the 40% off coupons I wouldn't buy their pizza.

The store is always busy but they keep it clean inside The pizzas are really good with plenty of sauce like I like it. Sometimes I wish they had more variety but yes, I know it's a pizza place. The staff is always friendly and courteous . They have a drive thru which is really convenient. Lucky for me they're about 2 blocks from my house. They're on Gulf Blvd centrally located in town close to the elementary school. The pasta dishes are my favorite. All good food here!
Vegetarian options: They do have salads and pasta for the vegetarian folks and they're big dishes.
Parking: Parking lot isn't that big & wide... probably 15 spots on the one side of the building, but since it's a carryout or delivery site there's also not too many cars fighting for a space. They're at home having their pizzas delivered ?
Great pizza, great service! Always willing to help if there's an issue.-edit that was 6 years agoF this company lol, the district managers screwed me over. Store staff was good, management sucked.

I expect the best with anything I’m paying for. This Dominos does a awesome job as a team. I was pleased with the best experience they gave me. Orders are always correct and on time. Top notch customer service. I’m a local here and this is how good old Freeport is supposed to be.
