I can’t even tell you how the food is because I arrived here at 4:45 pm on Jan 31, 2025. At 4:55 pm a guy told the lady by the drive thru she had front counter, she groped something about only two of them being here. More people came in the guy finally took our orders and now it’s 5:36 and only one of the people BEHIND me in line had received their food not me nor the person in front of me. All the while as we are waiting the woman from the window is complaining about everyone’s orders loudly! Terrible attitude and very slow service.

I came at 1026pm and I saw someone in there. Then you go to drive thru. No one welcomes you. So you go around to ask if they are open. You look inside the windows and now you see no one. However, I see both of them when I drive off all the way at the back. HIDING! UNBELIEVABLE

Went 3 years ago, they were out of items. Went a year later, sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes, no one took my order or the car before me. Went again today... They took my order!!! But they were very rude, and spoke ill of the car before me. Not going again.

This Jack in the Box is the worst Jack in the box I've ever gone to I've Givin so many chance but all the Employees are the same they don't care if they give you cold fries or cold tacos and bad attitudes I went to get tacos1 week ago and I went through the drive through and they gave me literally cold tacos so I went inside to see of they can give me some fresh tacos well the manager had to give her smart remarks and say I guess are food isn't fresh enough like why would you be So unprofessional being that you are the manager and say remarks like that so they ended up giving me tacos again and guess what they were cold again I just ended up going home I didn't even want to ask for fresh tacos again I will never go to this Jack in the Box again I'm surprised they are even open for business

I have been sitting in the drive thru waiting on my order (4 meals) for 30MINS!! Terrible service I have never had fast food take this long! I feel bad for the two different customers behind me , they'll be here till dinner time.
Stopped at this location before my nephew's track meet. I got the loaded tiny tacos. They were hot and fresh. Just the right amount of cheese, lettuce, and taco sauce. I always put ranch in it to enhance the flavor. It actually tasted like deconstructed enchiladas!

Tonight JITB employee, EJ came out to help me & my friend with getting gasoline in her tank. We had a family can full but couldn’t get it to go down in the tank right. There were no customers at the time & we just thank him immensely for coming out & helping. He could have said he couldn’t but he was a Godsend to us. Thank you EJ & may you be blessed for going out of your way (in wisdom). I realize you can’t trust just anybody anymore but he sized us up & pitched in & helped. His attitude was great. Thanks again
