There is absolutely no reason why there should be a long line at a fast food restaurant unless there's a promotion going on, this is my second visit here and this is just pathetic. I dont know if they are low on man power or just doesn't want to work. Mcdonalds, do better.

There was only one friendly face in the place that was helping us everyone else especially the manager was horribly miserable. I guess she should have stayed home if she couldn't have brought a good attitude with her.

First off Iam no longer going to the Freeport location since a cockroach was in my bag!! It crawled out on to my desk while I was eatten. 🤢 Also they never give you condiments, napkins, nothing extra. You now have to ask at the window for anything you want other then the food you ordered. And I can't tell you if the food is good out not cause its all bad when it has roaches crawling on it. 🤮

Traveling through town, stopped to order food. Got 4 cheeseburgers. On down the road went to eat one, No meat!! All 4 cheeseburgers had NO MEAT!! 2 weeks later still trying to get a refund. Have picture proof. Offered store credit???? I live 8 hrs away!!!!! McDonald’s is no longer my family’s Go-To fast food option!!!

Drive through was super busy because it's a vacation spot. Went inside, used the kiosk, and was out the door in a few minutes. Seemed liked the staff was having a good time. Lots of laughs, but never a lack in service. Well done!

There’s a plant in the middle of the entrance and exit from the location, you can’t see the cars coming when you trying to go out, management should cut the plant or trimmed so we can be able to see if there’s are cars coming and avoid an accident.
