Stopped in here on a trip to Galveston. Hidden gem đ Vibes of Jimmy Buffetâs âBama Breeze,â Toby Keithâs âI Love This Bar,â or Kenny Chesneyâs âWhen I See This Bar.â A genuine spot with cool people, cold beer, and good food. Buffalo shrimp sandwich đŠ đ€ was delicious!

Food was good but the service was very inhabitable. Was waiting on a fishing boat to come in that our family went out on and docks on the old brazos outside the bar/grill.we had dinner and from the moment we arrived we were met with horrible attitudes almost like they didnât want us there. Walked down to the dock and greeted our family and then proceeded to our vehicle in the parking lot. While I was buckling up my baby girl the lady in the food truck was mean mugging us like I just didnât spend 70$ there like I was just parking there to park. I waived at her because she was staring with her hand on her hip and she wasnât being friendly. The waitress warmed up a bit after we were overly polite and seated but we felt it was ridiculous especially being locals. It was a harsh atmosphere and the amount of business they had coming in on a beautiful Sunday night shows. Such a cool spot to be ruined by horrible business

Recipe for a good time: bartenders and cook are really tops. Service was upbeat, prompt. The cooking was impressive - even the veggies were perfect: Little bitty crunch at first bite and lighty spiced. Grilled combo: Well prepared, not greasy. Shrimp got that pop when you bite down, fish flaked and was lightly spiced, hush puppies reminded me of falafel. Amusing atmosphere with deck, view of the shipz along the Brazos and a huge open yard out back. Nice folks. Highly recommended.
