Got 1/2 pound of shrimp when we paid for a full pound, crawfish were falling apart on their own, and crawfish tails in the etouffee were ALARMINGLY grey. Stay away from this place if you don’t want to camp out in the bathroom for the next few days!😀 Our server was okay, but only partially willing to accommodate for the issues we experienced. 0/10 would not recommend.

The crawfish was cold so we said we didnt even want it and sent it back after waiting 45 mins for it. When the owner came out he said “its not cold my wife is in the back eating it right now” 🤮
The waitress had half of our order missing and when we said something about it, we were the problem.
When i needed anything from my server she was sitting at the bar or in the back vaping. Mind you, the owner was walking around with cigar hanging out of his mouth.
We ordered gumbo that we had to eat with forks because the waitress never came back to our table.
None of our seasonings were brought to the table.
The two orders we had of red beans and rice came out 20 mins after our other food and they looked
disgusting.
When we had asked to speak with a manager the owner came out and said “ i heard you guys have been difficult from the start” instead of even listening to what we had to say.
This was a horrible experience.

I am actually shocked by this establishment. I’ve never experienced such awful customer service. I’ve been in the industry for years and this place is unacceptable. The servers do not care. The service is slow. We had a party of 6 and a baby the place was dead and still bad service. Everyone in our party was missing food when we asked for it the server went to stand by the bar to vape instead of getting anything. 15 minutes later still nothing. The food was cold after we finally asked to speak to a manager to try to get some of our missing food the owner came out and he is awful. Walked over out of the kitchen with a cigar hanging out of his mouth all to yell at us saying we complain when we were simply just asking for our missing food. He said our food wasn’t cold because his wife was in the kitchen eating it right now. Threatened us with his staff. I couldnt even process what was being said because I’ve never experienced anything like that. He clearly does not care about his business and I will be contacting the health department hopefully it gets shut down

We had Father's Day brunch at Pier 30 today. The breakfast menu(available until 1) was nice and simple, and everyone in our party of six found something to suit their desires. The food was excellent, and a great value. (The wait time after ordering was more than expected, but worth it. Christina was our waitress and she was great.

Great local place. Haven't had anything there that I haven't liked. Do miss the Pierstrami sandwich. Really enjoyed the Bingo.

The restaurant is in the warehouse with roll up doors and some windows. The place was very dirty, old, and needs remodeling to make it look more appealing. It was kind of warm inside because the AC was not on or maybe there was no AC, I am not sure.
Anyway, seems like the place has not been cleaned for years. The fans were covered by a thick layer of dust and dirt accumulated around it which I found to be very unsanitary and unhygienic for the restaurant. The bathroom stinks of cigarette smoke and is very unpleasant to use because it was not climate controlled. It was too warm for me to use the bathroom without an AC.
The food was OK, nothing stands out or more special than any other restaurants, but the cleanliness needs a lot of improvement.
The service was not attentive either. She wasted too much of our time. We had to wait quite a while for the waitress to bring us the bills. I spotted her spending a lot of time chitchatting with some of the workers there instead of taking good care of us.
I won't recommend this place and won't come back until all the issues I mentioned are taken care of.

I've eaten here 3 or 4 times over the years the food is usually good and I never leave reviews but today the waitress treated us like garbage and wasted too much of our time I'll have to come back to this later with details but the point is I'm not coming back here until I feel like it's been long enough that she most likely doesn't work here anymore and if I do come back and see the same waitress still there I'm just going to turn back around and go somewhere else I got charged for the 1 extra topping I asked for and didn't get it instead I got literally 6 more ingredients than what's listed on the menu I had to remake my own burger after waiting an actual hour and a half to get it and it was not busy enough to justify that kind of wait time it took 30 minutes just to put the order in I watched her check on every other table twice while ignoring us the whole time I even intentionally paid with exact change minus the charge for the topping I didn't receive just to see if that would inspire her to want to interact with us but no she disappeared no apology no have a nice day no would you like a to go drink nothing. First time in my life I left without tipping at least 5 to 10 dollars and I don't feel bad one bit about it we were clearly stopping in for lunch while at work and she held us up for over an hour without a care in the world
