I stopped here to get me some lunch which I got the chicken salad and I have to say it is amazing! It was fresh and very delicious, the service are fantastic, price is good. Would definitely be coming back here for sure during my next lunch break ??

Don't be fooled by the plain exterior: Rudy Roo's serves excellent seafood and perfect extras at reasonable prices. We enjoyed the seafood platter and ordered gumbo and fried okra on the side. It made a comfortable lunch for 4, which we digested while listening to Rudy tell stories about the 15 year history of the place. Order ahead if you want to take home jumbo shrimp by the pound: they'll shell and clean it if you want.

We stopped by after a few hours of beach combing. We had the gumbo, fried shrimp (which were huge), and flounder. Everything was very fresh, including the house made tartar sauce and red sauce.The interior is nothing fancy, but the food is great, the service fantastic, and the prices even better. We hope to eat here again the next time we're in town.

My first visit and the food was great! I took my food to go (we had our pre Thanksgiving party at the office), but unless you're a huge party of 30 people there's plenty of tables for lunch groups. I highly recommend trying it out!
