Welp they did it. They responded to my review after I explicitly said DO NOT, DO NOT respond to it. They CAN NOT even respect the most SIMPLE of requests, how are you going to trust them to handle YOUR FOOD. My wife left me a week ago. My daughter killed herself 6 weeks ago. She was 15. She ran a faster mile than me at 12. DO NOT EAT AT THIS PLACE. THEY HAVE DISRESPECTED ME AND MY FAMILY IN SO MANY WAYS. Horrible service at drive thru they won’t take ur order then u call and they don’t answer either so went to talk to the manager and was told the manager was on the drive thru and he was busy on his personal phone to take any orders on drive thru

This has to be the worst Sonic in the country. I ordered a number one with cheese and jalapeños. The Burger was so small (like a kids burger). In top of that it was smashed on each side. I also ordered a breakfast burrito the other day and it was super small too, I think this must be an owner being cheap because nowhere else in the country. Have I experienced these super small entrées. I’ve been eating sonic for 35 years or more, this location is the worst.

I quit here because the management does NOT care how you feel!! They will work you and give you more then what your suppose to do I am a minor and that is very unreasonable!! If you knew how the people working here really acted you wouldn’t get your food here. I wouldn’t spend your money here if I was you!! The supervisor of sonic is a very rude lady and so is the manger of the sonic here in Freeport!! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!! Both the supervisor and the manager should be fired I have worked at 2 other Sonic’s in brazoria county and there all the same with rude management and unfriendly people working!!!
