I've stopped here only a handful of times, but last week when we stopped by to get our grandchildren something quick to eat, it wasn't so great. We ordered our food via the app, but when they brought us our order, it was all wrong. They did make it right. It was just more of an inconvenience when you have to starving grandchildren!

This place needs to be updated. The head phones never work when trying to order. The employees can never hear your order.

I’m giving you one star because there is not a zero star rating and here’s why: In the last 3 weeks we have been to Sonic twice because the last time I was there they overlooked my order which was for drinks only and when I pushed the button to find out where my order was I was told it was on the way out to me which was actually a lie. It still took another 4 to 5 minutes before I got it. But I thought I would try again because the foot-long coneys were on special so I ordered 3 (basic, nothing special), a shake and a soda. I watched as they carhop brought out three orders before mine which was fine and they did have coneys on them. I waited 14 minutes and then I pushed the button. I was told I was in the wrong stall. the screen did not light up so there was no way to see the stall number; however, it was the first stall so I assumed I was in stall #1. I then said that I never saw anyone come out with my order and look around as they’re looking for me. At that time she told me they had ran out of chili and were heating some up. I did get my food about 3 to 4 minutes later. I went home which was about a 2 minute drive. The coneys were cold, there was very very little chili, and the cheese was not the shredded cheese. The shake was melted because it had been sitting for so long. SERIOUSLY!!!!!lWhy didn’t they call me???? Why didn’t they come out and look for me??? I will not go back to that Sonic again! Ever!!!!????????
