I ordered a salad and they didn’t chop up the meat, cheese, and tomatoes. It was kinda hard to eat and they didn’t have knifes or I would have cut it up myself.

Soon as I walked and seen one guy working on all sandwiches and the other guy was cutting meat and kept telling ppl that the one guy was gonna work on it. SMH they need to just shut the place down. Had multiple ppl leave due to slow speed of service. I mean I know we have to wait to build a sandwich but to have one guy on sandwiches helping a line more then 8 ppl is crazy

I go out of my way to avoid Clute and lake Jackson just to come to Freeport and it's worth it every time ! They always greet me , the vibe is great , music always great and they have a good time while working. Whatever the new manager girl is doing and has done is great and really picked up the store ! I think the customer service has definitely improved since she has been here doing what she does. The girls are ALWAYS friendly and the food great. Favorite location in brazoria county !!!!!

Can't rate the food because I came the other morning at 805 am and it was a Pepsi guy there servicing the fountain machine...after I stood there for almost 10 minutes, I was informed that even though they were open, they weren't able to service customers. The lady behind the counter with a TATTOO above her eyebrow was acting like she didn't want to be there in the 1st place...wonder if the Owner knows he is missing money due to his employees turning away customers.

I placed an order an hour in advance. when i arrived (on time) there was a long line and my order was not ready. i didn’t mind the wait at all, and understand that customers waiting come first. the man made our sandwiches and apologized for the wait, and the woman grabbed my cookie and was very kind. my issue came when i got home, opened my sandwiches and the toppings on each foot long was swapped. veggies and sauces were completely wrong for the sandwich it was on. we had to spend 10 minutes scrapping and swapping toppings. i understand when things get busy but it was disappointing to also not have the right sandwich.

Don't order the churros they are rubber and the bowls of salad they sell are skimpy, and if ordered online are missing stuff. They also had no forks to eat it with. 1* won't spend money here again.

Ordered online pick up for lunch, when I got to work they didn’t include my cookies, didn’t provide a straw, and I had the completely wrong sandwich. Paid $14 for what? My receipt was correct. But none of my items were. Disappointing and a waste

They where very polite and attentive. I never had to repeat how I wanted my sanwhich, which is very important to me!! They where thorough and caring. Plus all the veggies where fresh and everything tasted amazing! The tables and eating area where very clean. By far the BEST subway I've been to in brazoria county !!
This is by far my favorite subway in Brazoria county. I’m standing here with the line wrapped around for the lunch hour & the 3 women behind the counter are killin it! Great attitudes, telling everyone hello. They are giving everyone a personalized experience, & thru made my sandwiches with love. Thank you!

This place is awesome and the normal week morning shift workers are amazing!!! They are so caring and always make sure I get what I need! They have a good time while also doing their job and the environment and vibes are great here lately. I love coming here and they always impress me. Especially the girl morning workers including the one that's always at the register. Will always come back here

They NEVER get to go orders or in person orders correct. They cant read a ticket thats literally right in front or they need their stuff updated or somethin bc they NEVER get stuff right. The store is clean and everything, but the staff needs more training or their system is seriously failing them.
