I have been coming to this location since it first opened. Marcus has been the best manager at this store since they put him there. The food has been the most consistent since and I love the staff he has. Sara is always so bright and cheery when she works drive thru on lunch. I loved her at Clute and I love that she works at Freeport now! She is so funny and sweet! As someone who has worked fast food, I have never seen an employee as hard working and dedicated as her. Night crew is super quick and very helpful. Natalie is also really sweet and such an amazing shift manager. I love this store and it's staff. I will not eat at an other location if I know I can eat here first. Even if I'm coming from Lake Jackson or Clute.

I went and thought I was getting a Burrito supreme and I don't know what I got but it was so nasty and .soaked in the sauce. Fast food places wonder why people don't like to go to them..I had already.made it home before I looked at it and took 2 bites and that was one bite to many..🤢🤢

Marcus was absolutely outstanding with his personalized customer service. I am a vegetarian and he made sure I was heard and understood on how to put my order in—it made me feel seen.
Also, I never do the donate option, however due to Marcus’s exceptional customer service via drive thru, I decided to throw a bit of a donation.

Placed mobile order. Arrived at store for pickup. Person on speaker asked if I would be using the mobile app. I said yes that I had a mobile order. Second person jumps on speaker and says they’re closed. Pretty sure they just didn’t want to make my order. It was 3:30pm. Guess the rumors are true about this location. Now I wait 5 days for a refund.
