We recently moved to the area and decided to try out Tacos Los Perez while out cruising. Stopping by for lunch on Labor Day was the best idea, no line and delicious food. We ordered the Quesabirria Tacos, Pastor Tacos and an Asada Torta. All items ordered were so good, we'll definitely be returning to try out more of their menu.
Torta- It's fairly large. I definitely struggled to finish it all. The fajita was a little salty when I tried the meat but when I took a bite of the torta it all balance out.Huarache- I was expecting beans in between the masa so I was disappointed at that. The size of the huarache is a good size for one person. The huarache itself was crispy yet soft but overall I missed the beans. The mini tacos are flavorful . The food truck is conveniently located. They have a nice variety of tacos and quesadilla options. There was a bit of a wait after my order was placed. I ordered the mini tacos and the quesabirria. The mini tacos gave you the option of 5 tacos with 2 meat options. I chose fajita and barbacoa as the meat options. The tacos and quesabirria were flavorful and filling.
