Very helpful and pie was great! I am used to blackberry pie but blackberry custard was unexpectedly good.

Had the best experience at this location. First time there, went in a whim to finish a first date. The guy running the counter, I think his name was Wesley, was incredibly helpful. He answered all our questions, was very engaging, and had us laughing the whole time. Would definitely recommend this please to everyone I know!

Never been here before. Looked at the reviews and seemed very appealing to try. As soon as I walked in, I was not greeted and stood there looking at the pies. Wesley asked if I was ready and told him I had never been there before. And he said ok take ur time to order. I would expect that if a customer said that they had never been somewhere before, that the employee would be willing to help explain in order to order. But he did not. I then turned around and asked him what was in some cup they had displayed on the window. And he points to the fridge and goes, it’s that. And I asked well what is that? And he goes, pie. And I’m looking at it it dumbfounded that he is nonchalantly replying and not explaining anything. I go up to the picture and I’m like ok, what is that layer? And that layer??

At the point I’m annoyed and I don’t even want to order anymore but I just say I’ll take one of the small chocolate chip pies. He rings it up and that’s it.

The pie was ok. The crust looked bland, but I think it’s short bread crust, so it’s suppose to look like that. The chocolate chip whatever filling was ok as well. Definitely could not eat more than one, as I’m not that much into sweets. Never going here again. He is also a walking HR violation.

Horrible. Ordered online and they handed my order out to the wrong person and refused to refund it or remake it. The short black hair freckled faced goblin had horrible customer service. Refused to give me her name because she knew she was being rude. As a business owner myself; robbing a customer and then being rude to them is fire-able offense and just bad business. How are you gonna mess up, then treat your customer like they are the problem. Just blows my mind how awful service is these days. There was also a sizable dead moth in there display case, and other little dead bugs in other display cases. Pretty sure i also saw other health code violations being practiced here. Save your money and get your baked goods from Savanahs. Better quality, and more affordable prices.
