“Absolutely LOVED working for this Papa Johns (2+ years) and since I’m no longer an employee; let me say a couple things. Some of you claim that your pizza “didn’t come fast enough” but I can assure you, at least when I was there, we tried getting our orders out as soon as possible. Sometimes we would get a rush out of no where and be slammed for a while; affecting delivery times. They don’t honor most online deals, if they do it’s very rare. They don’t have an option to type in discount codes on their end. The reason being, if some people like a deal online, it’ll influence them to order online; limiting the amount of calls in store. The reason they don’t want too many in store calls is because they want someone available to help customers who walk in to place/pick up their order and they only have so many lines they can put on hold. When people say “the manager isn’t available” that either means he’s busy helping another customer, he’s making another order, or he’s helping unload a shipment; which is always huge. If an order is messed up, I guarantee they figure out who it is and they are felt with accordingly so there’s no need to be angry. Also, VALENTINES DAY AND HALLOWEEN PUMPKIN PIZZAS ARE NOT CUT; it’ll ruin the shape it’s supposed to be and there ARE people who’ll complain about it not being the supposed shape and demand a free one or a refund. Honestly however, this will most likely be my most favorite job/place I’ve worked at. I enjoyed helping the customers and I enjoyed making them happy and satisfied with their order. Most importantly, everyone was so nice and I loved coming to work because they felt more like my family than my actual family. The managers respected me and so did everyone else. I really felt like a team at Papa Johns. Also, an fyi for anyone, Halloween, Super Bowl, and Valentines are some of their most busiest days so ALWAYS expect a long delivery time (sometimes including homecoming; many people do pizza homecoming proposals). I’ll never be able to say anything bad about this location because I can’t find anything bad to say. ♥️“
