Went to this Cinnabon today. Had a very simple order. 1 Cinnabon and 1 Caramel Pecanbon and 2 drinks. I had to stand to the side while they fixed the drinks so I didn't see what was put in my bag. I get home and was given a regular Cinnabon and a minibon. How hard is it to get the order correct when you don't sell that many different products? If you don't like your job, get a different one! Very disappointed considering I spent almost $26.00 on 4 items there!

I was in the mall at 10:30 and went to Cinnabon to find out they opened at 11. No biggie, I had things to do anyway. I did notice 6 of the large cinnamon rolls already out. I returned at 11 and asked the young lady how much longer it would be for the fresh rolls. She said "I don't know how long, I don't put them in so, I don't know". I asked if she would mind finding out. She rolled her eyes and went to the back to return with the information that it would be an hour before any were ready. Now, this doesn't make sense to me for several reasons, one being, why would they open the store with only 6 cinnamon rolls to last them for an hour and let's not mention it's probably the second busiest day of the year due to returns and such. I told her I would take two of the rolls and would like a contact number for the manager. She rang me up and went to the back to "get the manager". A lady named Laura came out and said none of the rolls in the over were ready and wouldn't be ready for an hour. I again asked her if it is standard practice to open the store with only 6 cinnamon rolls for an hour in which she responded yes. I asked her specifically about the rolls that were in the oven that definitely looked cooked and she said they still needed to sit and rise. I asked for her managers name which she said was Jason. I asked how to contact him and she said I would need to contact corporate via the website. I did that and also this review.

If you’re planning to order via Uber Eats, DoorDash or any other food delivery service from this location, my suggestion is don’t do it. I ordered a 4 pack and 2 of them were stale. It almost seemed like they were not baked fresh that day. It makes me wonder how many food services use home delivery to get rid of product they would normally have to throw out. Next time I will take the time to go in person or just go without ?

The workers were incredibly unhelpful when we were trying to use our gift card. Stated at us without offering any sort of advice so when WE figured it out, they continued to act bothered by our presence. These kids were annoyed and completely oblivious to anything that wasn’t their phone or themselves. Just completely abandoned the order after not even a sorry.

Ordered online when I got there I literally was standing while the females was holding a conversation while texting the other finally decided to ask me k needed too place a order. The cinnabon was hard doughy cold with very little icing about the worst experience in food quality and service. ???
