My son is a huge Great American Cookie Co. fan and was determined to have one for his groom’s cake at his wedding. I was hesitant at first because I really wanted him to have something that resembled more of a tiered cake. My wife was adamant that she wanted a great American cookie cake for her themed birthday party (I will let you guess what the theme was). I took my idea to the people here and they asked me lots of great questions and helped design the cake of her dreams!
