As soon as you walk in everyone including the manager is on their phone. I seen people just standing around and waiting for someone to acknowledge them. The cashiers didn’t even speak to them until the customer got their attention. Rude much. Ohh and let me say they need to clean the area where they have the bread. Was not impressed with the quality of the food. Toast was as a crunchy as croutons, egg sandwich was on the small size. Overall, it’s not a place I would revisit after a first visit. Always wanted to try this place, but now I know it’s not for me.

There's a gal here (manager I s'pose ) who is always checking in on customers, very personable. Most recently I saw her helping some older folks with a service dog who had lost something under their table. The rest of the staff, for the record, always seems to be bustling. Very present and attentive.I just want to say thanks y'all, for the great food and great service, and for keeping the place as cozy as you do.
