Gelatissimo Baybrook Mall

10/10, loved the atmosphere and the store and the staff are very kind. The ice cream is amazing and everything feels premium!

This location has been here for years and it's a must go to if you just want some gelato while you walk around the rest of the outside mall area. All of their flavors are delicious, and if you're not sure about what to try, you can always get samples. You can get gelato in a cone or cup and prices are reasonable. Staff is always friendly! Place is small and has limited seating inside and two tables outside but the rest of the outdoor tables and chairs are available to use

I had a very disappointing experience at this place. I visited with my two children, one of whom is autistic. He was excited to have an Oreo, and since they sell Oreo ice cream that clearly includes whole Oreo cookies, I specifically ordered it hoping to give him one and make him happy.

Unfortunately, the staff showed very little empathy. When I politely asked if they could give me one whole Oreo from the ice cream, they refused and gave several excuses, saying things like it was frozen. I explained that it didn’t matter, my son simply wanted the Oreo, but they still refused to help.

It was very frustrating and disheartening, especially after explaining my child’s situation. A small gesture could have made a big difference, but instead we were met with indifference.

Because of this experience, I cannot recommend this place. Customer service should include basic empathy, especially when it comes to children.

I called to place an order for a cake and was told someone would call me back the same day to complete the order. Unfortunately, no one ever followed up. I gave the benefit of the doubt and called back the next day, only to be told that since I hadn’t paid yet, I needed to go in-store because they don’t take payment over the phone.

This information could have easily been communicated during my initial call. The lack of communication and follow-through made the experience frustrating and inconvenient.

The gelato was really good but i mainly liked the place because when I walked in with a football, the worker told me to pass it to him and he threw it back to me. The chillest worker ever

This place was OK. The gelato itself was delicious. Service was ok. Value was exceptionally poor. My husband got a cup and I got a cone. It was $19 and change. My cone had hollow parts and the entire bottom had no ice cream. My husband’s cup was filled flush with the cup. We won’t be back sadly.

I got to try Gelatissimo at our venue’s open house, and I immediately told my fiance that I wanted gelato at our wedding. Simon was so easy to communicate with and was really accommodating to our schedule when setting up our in person meetup and tasting appointment. Although their store front is an hour away from where we live, it was so worth the drive! All the flavors were so delicious, and they do not use any artificial flavors. Simon was super helpful in helping us decide how much gelato to order given our guest count as well as what to consider when choosing our flavors. Even though the gelato bar is only available for 2 hours, they will leave if they run out, and let me tell you how big a hit the gelato bar was because we ran out in about an hour! My biggest regret is not ordering more, so we could bring home any leftovers. We are definitely making a trip out to the store one of these days because I am STILL thinking about their gelato! The gelato bar was a highlight for many of our guests and was something I was looking forward to leading up to our big day. We would definitely recommend booking Gelatissimo for your next event!

I came in yesterday after 6pm because we just left the movie theatre. This was my first time here and even though the gelato was good, I will not be returning. The older caucasian woman working at the front was very rude and made me feel uncomfortable. I told her this was my first time here and asked for recommendations and she seems to almost be annoyed with me or possibly her job… zero customer service skills in my opinion. Even my kids said that she was rude. Every question I asked seems to be answered in a condescending manner, I was almost afraid to ask more questions. All in all I won’t be returning, she made my first experience super uncomfortable.

This place is delicious. We went to try it after a movie because we got rained in. The people were courteous and patient while we tried samples until we all decided what to get.

I like their gelato overall. I think if you are looking to experiment on different flavors it is definitely a pick. Because they have a lot of variety that didn't even cross my mind! :)

We wanted to eat ice cream and found this place on Google Maps. Fortunately, it didn't disappoint. I took a picture of all the flavors available. I went with the pistachio, which was great. Passion fruit is another great option.
The two girls working there, Miranda and Chelsea, were so nice and friendly.
Prices are:
5: one scoop
6.5: two scoops
Maybe around 7 to 8: 3 scoops.
The cone is $1, and the chocolate cone is $2.
All in all, it's a nice gelato shop in a very nice mall (Baybrook) in Webster.
I recommend it.

Recommendation: Please add a banana flavour.

This place is always great although today I went in there was no ac and there were two young girls working with a line. One of them looked really tired and didn’t look well I was a bit worried. I really think this place shouldn’t have done that. The young girl that took me was the sweetest and patient. Overall amazing gelato but really shouldn’t have done that to those poor young girls.

This place was amazing ! You could tell the store was nicely up kept and the workers were so professional and nice to everyone in the store! I got the dragonfruit and lychee sorbet and it was one of the best sorbets i’ve ever had, 10/10 recommend if you are in the baybrook area~
