Ordered a custom birthday cookie cake for my 26th and they absolutely delivered 🎂🥂✨ I asked for a more clean and classy design with the cookie visible in the middle instead of fully iced, and they did a great job bringing the vision to life. The ‘Cheers 26’ theme came out super cute, and the champagne details made it feel celebratory without being overdone. The white border frosting tied everything together nicely. Overall, very happy with how it turned out and excited to celebrate with family and friends. Would definitely order again!
Sent my son to pick up my $60 cookie cake. He told them he’s picking up a cake for his mother and gave them my name. They gave him the wrong cake! I live an hour away. They said I can bring it back to trade. 2 hours of driving! I can’t do that so I’m stuck with a cake that says way to go dynamite on it. Instead of my children’s name. No apology or anything! And so I guess someone will get to take my cake home, they’ll make a new cake for other people and I’m out the cake I ordered for $60 dollars and a tip! 🤬
Team lead is rude to doordashers then when called out by the customer, ends up telling the same poor doordasher the order was canceled when it wasn't. You losing so many customers due to horrid customer service. Might want to fix your "team lead".

I got my nephew a GAC cookie cake for his birthday, and he’s gonna love it! It’s just how I ordered it, the employee was friendly, and the pickup process was a breeze. What a nice, fun change of pace from traditional cake!
Cookies taste ok but they aren't homemade like they advertise. The cookie dough is mass-produced in a factory. For mass producing cookies they are way overpriced.
Was a great experience. Will come back again.
