I love coming here for a strawberry milk tea, strawberry popping boba, and sweet cloud foam. The people here are always lovely and theyre always quick to make your drink, I wish they had a location near my house but when im in baybrook I usually always come here for a refreshing drink.

I usually enjoy Kokee Tea, but I was really disappointed this time. I ordered the Sunset Blvd expecting it to look like the beautiful, layered drink shown in their photos—but what I got looked nothing like that. It didn’t have any of the toppings or extras shown in the pictures. It felt plain and underwhelming, like something was missing. If the drink doesn’t come with those add-ons, they should at least clarify it in the description or photos.

Very good. I had the mango passion fruit ice blend with mango Boba. The Boba bursts when you bite into it.

I typically love taro milk teas from most place but it is Extremely sweet here, so be prepared to ask for half sugar. Most of our drinks we bought were all sweet, we ended up throwing it away after drinking a quarter of each of our drinks. Besides the sweetness, it’s a decent spot to grab a drink while walking the mall. It’s quite hot where it’s at though, it’s right under the windowed roof.

This Morning I throught of going to a new place to buy it. The place was dirty and i swear I saw 3 cockaroaches, The employees were so rude they should them even less. I got the Mango Passion Fruit and it was the worse drink i hae ever gotte INSTANT REGRET waste of money.
I went here for hot jasmine tea. One of the nicest I've had anywhere. Ironically located right next to Starbucks yet more convenient and easier to order. Will be back here again!P.S. they do have bottled water if you need it

Boba is cooked firm and tastes OK. Cold brew and taro tasted artificial. Weird knock-off coffee, milk, and candy flavors. Even half sugar is too sweet. Needs improvement.

Love this place!!! The macarons are AMAZING especially the raspberry (tastes so fresh) and the drinks are equally delicious. Super friendly staff too! Would also like to add that many of the bad reviews of this place are people not understanding the menu, it’s not a coffee shop. If you want a black coffee go to a coffee shop, not a tea shop.
