This restaurant and staff somehow were able to handle a massive full capacity night with homecoming, multiple parties of 10 reservations and all walk-ins without missing a beat. Server was very knowledgeable of the menu and made good recommendations. Food came out on time.
Can't say enough about their consistency. Always fresh and delicious Italian.

I’ve always loved coming here for special occasions. Today, on my birthday, I couldn’t thank our server, Alex, enough! She was amazing, attentive, patient, friendly, and incredibly helpful.
Alex, if you’re reading this, I want to express my deepest gratitude for having you as my server. Your service made my birthday truly special.

Service was prompt but was also too hurried to get orders. Pasta sauce with Frachese was very salty as was sausage with rigatoni vodka. Otherwise good value.
One of the better dining experiences we have had. Seated right away, waitstaff (shout out to Jacob and Wesley) were on point. Food was excellent!!! Was there for an anniversary dinner and it was acknowledged by all. 10/10 experience.
I love the little details in their d cor, from the lighting to the artwork.
We approached the restaurant with high hopes, eager for a memorable dining experience, but we left deeply disappointed, especially considering its stellar reputation. Unfortunately, the food fell far short of expectations. My parents ordered the Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo, and it was truly unappetizing; it tasted as if it had been frozen and lacked any semblance of flavor. To make matters worse, the poorly cleaned shrimp caused an allergic reaction in my dad. The dish was bland and would have greatly benefited from a bolder blackened preparation. I opted for the Chicken Piccata, but it was equally disappointing. The chicken was dry and had a frozen texture, and the dish was overwhelmingly salty and unappealing. It pains me to say this, but we will not be returning. The quality of the food was simply unacceptable, and we expected much more from an establishment with such a prominent reputation. And the prices are not worth it.

We went a few weeks ago ago for my sons and daughter birthday, we left two nothing bund cakes with the hosted by the time we requested them they were both gone, however the manger gave us every dessert they had and a discount too I didn’t wanted a discount just my cakes , but he did everything he could to make up for the missing cakes, thumbs up for the manager, i really appreciate your gesture.
This was our very first time visiting and it was a great experiences. It was our 10yr anniversary and we were treated really well. The hostess was kind and friendly. Our server Carlos was extremely attentive and provided us with great service. We received complementary drinks, appetizer and dessert. It was a great first time experience and we will return soon!
The regular entree food is always amazing, but they do not have GiGi's Brown Butter Cake anymore on the menu. The whole reason my party of 12 drove an hour and a half to eat there and celebrate my spouse's birthday, was to eat the most wonderful dessert in Houston that no longer exist. The Crème brûlée that was served was nasty. Tiramisu was enjoyed by those that wanted it. But that was only because the best item they have was no longer available. We were furious! They should have mentioned that a week ago when I made the reservation. Hey by the way our dessert menu sucks now!!! If that doesn't come back, neither will we! Mario's Seafood on the Sea Wall in Galveston has a version of it that is good, but not as good as the one Maggiano's used to have. Service was okay. The waiter in training was better than our actual waitress, she was basically non existent.

Me and my Husband went in last night for our One Year Anniversary, it was our first time and we will be coming back again in the future. The staff, atmosphere, drinks and food was amazing. The staff did an excellent job to make our Anniversary so special. If I could give Maggiano’s a 1000 out of 10 rate I would.
