This place was really delicious! I think they fired the mean lady because the customer service was amazing and the workers were really kind! They let me have a sample to taste it and I got to make up my own shake. I 100% recommend it! This place was a 10/10 for me. The ice cream was really delicious and customer service was amazing! Definitely recommend.
I personally went there and it was clean and nice. The customer service was super nice. You just need to be clear what you need when you add or subtract your flavor. People who rated this location had intentions to get Icecream for free. They get confused when they order. Later, they asked them to add more and not willing to pay for what they have asked to add. Don’t believe in other person. Please go personally and try yourself.
It was my first time trying this place so i didn't know what to expect. I had got an ice cream cone with strawberry ice cream. I also got m&m's and butterfinger flakes for the toppings. They give you a good amount of ice cream it was huge! I loved it and the ice cream was delicious! I personally loved this place! Don't know why there is so many bad reviews. I will for sure come back next time I come to baybrook mall!
